We are hiring Associates for our Portfolio team!

The D2E Associate role is focused around Client account management and project development to ensure remarkable customer satisfaction in the delivery of all D2E services.

All D2E associates must adopt the guiding principles of D2E; health and safety, quality and innovation, and ethics and be able to demonstrate these to our Clients and Suppliers.

Accountabilities and Responsibilities

The primary focus of this role is the management of portfolio services based around compliance, financial audits, life-cycle management and supplier/equipment performance, to incorporate;

  • Development of client specific performance-related framework agreements
  • Design of D2E asset management scope of services
  • Client and supplier meetings and communications
  • Supplier management
  • Application of responsibilities under the header of Project Management (below) to successfully deliver projects and asset management services to portfolio clients

 Project Management:

  • Representing clients on all refurbishment, repair and design construction work
  • Review and compilation of fee proposals, reports and performance and/or technical specifications
  • Monitoring of/or analysis of supplier proposals through the use of the D2E tool 3DPro ™
  • Delivery of projects and strategies to D2E A-K project assurance process
  • Review completed repair, refurbishment and design installation works

Business development: Development of client and supplier relationships, development of new business opportunities both within and outside D2E’s existing client base.

Financial Management of the nominated Client account, covering generation of revenue, cost management and profitable account growth.

Team Participation: The participation and development of the teams’ skills in order to meet company objectives. This may include mentoring, providing support and development of associates client interfacing skills, resource planning for effective service delivery and generating an environment of innovative thinking.

Service Delivery: Process management and enhancement, including continual improvement of strategies, products, delivery, processes and tools.

The nature of the company business will mean that these responsibilities could change/develop as the company accommodates changing market requirements.

Skills and Experience

  • BEng or BSc Engineering (or equivalent)
  • Vertical transportation product and market knowledge
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience within the vertical transportation industry
  • Working knowledge of relevant codes and standards, applicable to vertical transportation
  • Broad contractual knowledge
  • Good IT skills
