One Bedford Avenue – Building Maintenance Unit Achieves Practical Completion

D2E are pleased to announce Practical Completion of the BMU, installed to provide access for cleaning and maintaining the facades at One Bedford Avenue.

D2E have been involved in the project from the early design stages through to completion.

The telescopic luffing unit operates on a perimeter twin track system, has a maximum reach of 11.5m and a glass lifting capacity of 750kg.

The BMU is concealed from view in a dedicated parking enclosure when not in use.
