D2E has a strong dedication to corporate social responsibility and encourages its employees to raise money and volunteer for various organisations. Outside of his work at D2E, Rony Eappen is constantly involved in helping the local youth and inspiring the next generation with his experience and voluntary work. This is something that is also very important at D2E, which is supporting and encouraging the career growth of its young and dynamic team.
Rony recently attended a conference held by a local Church group and sponsored by D2E. The three-day conference was held at Ashburnham Place, Battle from July 1st – 3rd July 2016 and attended by more than 170 delegates ranging between 13 years to 35 years with youths representing from all over Europe. D2E’s sponsorship involved in printing booklets and badges for the youth delegates which helped the organising committee conduct an organised conference. The conference involved international speakers talking about their life experience, group discussions, games and ended the event with a talent night.
D2E is always looking for ways to support the community, such as the BCO Cycle ride, and has a number of future events to come that involve supporting and encouraging the youth of today with their bright futures. Keep an eye out for future news on these events.
