At D2E we recognise that it is essential to involve everyone from the beginning of the design phase to successfully fulfil the client’s strategy and expectations for the building.
Using the RIBA Plan of Work design stages and input from all the stakeholders we develop appropriate vertical transportation schemes and create performance specifications to suit each building and client.
State-of-the-art software lets us calculate systems which minimise core sizes and maximise usable space. We use our technical knowledge, experience, commercial awareness and pragmatic outlook to provide effective solutions for all of our clients. We also look to national and international benchmarks to develop the most appropriate specifications.
With high-level contacts in all the major vertical transportation manufacturers we are ideally placed to provide our clients with the latest news on the industry climate.
D2E can offer BIM (Building Information Modeling) compatible models across our complete range of design services.
