Design Team

• Facilitate solutions that support the architectural aspirations of the building whilst minimising visual impact.
• Lead early co-ordination to ensure the equipment and associated loadings are integrated into the structure to avoid potential re-design during the latter stages of the project.
• Promote strategies which aim to minimise disruption to the tenants and building users.
• Facilitate schemes which can be accessed safely, are maintainable, and effective when in operation.
• Provide design solutions which are not only safe for the building users and the general public but also the operatives. This includes advice on rescue procedures and safe systems of work.
