D2E attend the Annual BCSC Conference in Manchester

With D2E having a number of clients with large retail portfolio’s and working on the design of various retail sites, British Council for Shopping Centres (BCSC), as the professional body for retail property, is an invaluable organisation to us, offering knowledge and the opportunity to network in the retail and leisure industry.

D2E employees have been members of BCSC for a number of years now, featuring in their annual members’ yearbook. As members, we look to attend the various events they put on throughout the year.

During September, D2E Associate Emma Scott-Miller attended the BCSC Annual Conference held in Manchester.

D2E were one of the only independent Vertical Transportation and Façade Access Consultants who attended this networking event. Our attendance at these events is essential for D2E, to ensure our team has regular contact with our key clients, continue to engage with the retail and leisure property industry and to explore further retail opportunities available.

It was a great opportunity to see first-hand the release of the new BCSC re-brand to REVO and also attend several of the key lectures on infrastructure, development and the changes after Brexit.
