Arunan Thekootu joined D2E in 2026, bringing with him over four decades of expertise as a Technical Supervisor in the elevator industry. In his role as Field Manager (Audit), he leads comprehensive inspections of elevator systems to ensure safety, performance, and compliance with regulatory standards. His responsibilities include evaluating mechanical and electrical components, identifying potential risks, and assessing overall equipment health. Arunan prepares detailed inspection reports with actionable recommendations for maintenance, upgrades, and repair helping improve reliability, extend equipment lifespan, and ensure safe operation for users.

Before joining D2E, Arunan built a distinguished career at a leading elevator company, where he specialized in elevator safety, equipment maintenance, and customer service. He managed employee safety certifications, conducted area training programs, and ensured strict adherence to regulatory requirements. As a Techno-Commercial Supervisor, he oversaw Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) customer interactions, conducted equipment health surveys, and delivered system improvement strategies. He is recognized for promoting technology adoption, enhancing service quality, and fostering strong, long-term client relationships.

Earlier in his career, Arunan served as a Service Examiner, conducting technical inspections across multiple sites. This role laid the foundation for his progression into supervisory and managerial positions.
