Iman Ali

Iman Ali joined D2E in February 2024 as Technical Support Manager, overseeing key accounts such as BNP Paribas Real Estate, D2RE, and South Kensington Estate. She holds a joint honors degree in English Literature and Theatre from Queen Mary University (2021). With eight years of experience spanning finance, administration, and management, Iman excels in client relations and compliance, bringing a strong foundation in these areas to her role at D2E.

Iman is responsible for ensuring regulatory compliance across client accounts, with a primary focus on LOLER (Lifting Operations and Lifting Equipment Regulations). She manages contract support, oversees supplier performance, and ensures timely resolution of defects. Iman also handles contract variations and collaborates closely with suppliers to maintain strict safety standards and regulatory adherence.

Iman is actively involved in D2E's "Working at Height" product line and is committed to expanding her expertise in compliance, health, and safety. Her dedication to professional growth aligns with D2E's mission to provide reliable and innovative services to clients.
