Samin joined D2E in August 2023, bringing a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from City University London. During his studies, he demonstrated leadership as Deputy Team Leader of the Formula Student team, specialising in battery power systems.
At D2E, Samin supports key clients such as Landsec and Derwent, managing lift contracts, performance metrics, and lifecycle asset management. His responsibilities include compliance oversight, invoicing, and lifecycle analysis to optimise asset performance. As D2E’s Ethics Officer, Samin fosters the company’s core values through internal training and leadership in ethical practices.
Samin is passionate about design and aims to transition into D2E’s design consultancy, focusing on vertical transportation solutions. Currently pursuing industry courses through LEIA, he is dedicated to earning Chartered Professional Engineer status. His focus on ethical leadership, continuous learning, and operational efficiency reflects his commitment to driving excellence at D2E.
