Amy Dacres-Dixon is a senior leader at D2E, responsible for overseeing business operations and governance.
Since joining D2E in 2016, Amy has played a multifaceted role encompassing governance, quality management, compliance, human resources, office management, and marketing. Her strategic leadership ensures the seamless operation of the business, enabling consultants to focus on delivering excellence to clients.
Promoted to Associate Director in January 2025, Amy leads a team dedicated to supporting business operations and enhancing efficiency through innovative digital transformation solutions. She plays a key role in integrating AI and automation to streamline processes and improve scalability. Her oversight ensures that D2E remains at the forefront of technological advancements within the industry while maintaining compliance with industry regulations and best practices.
Prior to her promotion, Amy led D2E’s asset management support team, overseeing operations for high-profile clients such as Landsec, BNP Paribas, Savills, and JLL. She worked closely with graduate engineers and experienced administrators to provide high-quality support for asset management services, facilitating smooth operations and optimal performance.
Amy's dedication to professional growth is reflected in her extensive training and qualifications. While at D2E, she completed the Chartered Governance Qualifying Programme from the Institute of Governance in 2021, achieving GradCG status, and she is currently undertaking the CIPD Level 7 Advanced Diploma in Strategic People Management. Amy further honed her leadership and management skills through the Help to Grow programme at Kingston University, an intensive 12-week mini-MBA designed for SME leaders in the UK.
Her ability to combine strategic oversight with operational efficiency makes her an invaluable asset to D2E’s leadership team.
