Matt Lines

Matt joined D2E in 2025 as a Working at Height Associate, bringing over 25 years of hands-on experience within the Working at Height industry. With around 15 years of experience delivering Working at Height equipment installations throughout the UK and Europe, Matt has successfully managed a wide range of complex projects across multiple sectors. His practical knowledge of access systems, combined with a strong understanding of site operations, enables him to provide effective and compliant solutions for clients.

In addition to his technical background, Matt has 10 years prior experience in contract and project management roles, overseeing project delivery from concept through to completion. His responsibilities have included system design, quotation preparation, sales support, project planning, and the management of installation teams across the UK, ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards.

At D2E, Matt conducts nationwide Working at Height audits and risk assessments, helping clients maintain compliance with industry regulations and best practice standards. He also supports the delivery of Façade Access and Working at Height projects, providing valuable technical expertise throughout the project lifecycle.

Matt's combination of practical installation experience, project management expertise, and in-depth industry knowledge makes him a valuable member of the D2E team. His commitment to safety, attention to detail, and client-focused approach contribute to D2E's reputation for excellence in Working at Height consultancy and Façade Access engineering.
