Mary joined D2E in March 2026 as a Technical Support Manager, where she oversees a portfolio of key client accounts including BNP Paribas Real Estate, D2RE, South Kensington Estate and 40 Leadenhall.
In her role, Mary is responsible for managing regulatory compliance across client portfolios, with a particular focus on LOLER requirements. She oversees contract support, monitors supplier performance and ensures the timely resolution of defects, working closely with maintenance providers to uphold high standards of safety and compliance.
Mary brings experience from the maintenance scheduling sector, where she was responsible for coordinating planned maintenance, managing reactive call outs and supporting installation programmes to strict timeframes.
