Ryan joined D2E in 2019, bringing over 16 years of escalator service experience from some of London’s most iconic buildings, including Wembley Stadium and the Heron Tower. With an NVQ Level 3 in Escalator Engineering, Ryan delivers expert support and solutions for D2E’s clients, including Landsec, MAPP, Derwent, and The Crown Estate’s Regent Street portfolio.
In 2024, Ryan demonstrated his commitment to professional growth by completing his Higher National Certificate (HNC) and pursuing a bachelor’s degree, reflecting D2E’s dedication to advancing industry expertise. Ryan’s role involves tailored Account Management, supplier coordination, and lifecycle assessments, ensuring exceptional client satisfaction.
Beyond his technical contributions, Ryan leads D2E’s social and charity initiatives, including participating in the 2024 London Marathon. His dedication to community engagement and corporate responsibility embodies D2E’s values of leadership and positive impact.
