Paul Clements

Paul began his career at D2E as a technical support for large portfolios in 2014. He then managed various accounts of his own, looking after clients such as The Crown Estates, Regent Street Management Direct, Helix Properties, Blackstone Group, St Katherine Docks London, Lawson & Partners, and Heron International. Paul worked on several replacement and modernisation projects within the asset management team, managing them throughout RIBA stages 1-7 and delivering them on time, within budget, and to a high-quality specification.
In 2019, Paul achieved his Mastrs in Lift Engineering (MSc) where he then moved to the design team at D2E, working on major modernisation and new build developments and has since been involved in various international and London-based developments with a focus on sustainability within this design.
Paul has achieved Chartered Engineer status and Fellowship with CIBSE and is also an active member of the CIBSE Lift Group Committee, where he is responsible for press and publicity. He has also published a paper on different applications of IoT Technology to assist with social, economical, and environmental issues and presented this paper at the Council for Tall Buildings and Urban Habitats Conference in Chicago (CTBUH), the CIBSE Annual Seminar, and the Lift Symposium.
Paul's experience includes the new developments at 75 London Wall, 55 Old Broad Street, LSE Bankside Place, 334 Oxford Street, 47 Mark Lane, Ealing Broadway, 100 New Bridge Street, Paddington OSD, Nova Place, Lucent 12 Sherwood Street, Osier Way, 25 Golden Square, HYLO Finsbury Tower, 3 Princes Street, 210 Euston Road. Paul has also had recent involvement in various Giga-projects in the KSA region which are currently under NDA Agreements.
