Thasnia Khatun

Thasnia Khatun joined D2E in August 2024 as part of D2E's apprenticeship program. In her role as a Business Apprentice, she supports D2E’s business operations, focusing on HR, marketing, and administration. Alongside her duties, Thasnia is enrolled in a business administration course at Lambeth College, aiming to achieve an NVQ Level 3 qualification. With over six years of experience in the retail industry, she has steadily progressed through various roles, achieving the position of Supervisor, which honed her leadership and organizational skills.

At D2E, Thasnia plays a vital role in managing business processes, client scheduling, planning, and dashboard reporting, in addition to organizing team events. Her enthusiasm for marketing drives her to explore new strategies and tools that can support D2E’s future growth. Known for her passion and philanthropic spirit, she actively participates in charitable activities and dedicates her time to volunteer work.

Thasnia is committed to completing her apprenticeship within 12 months, with the goal of securing a full-time position at D2E. She is particularly interested in expanding her skills in marketing and aims to develop innovative tools to enhance D2E's market presence and operational efficiency.
