Wesley joined D2E in 2024 as a part-time Finance Associate, bringing with him over six years of experience in finance and administration. With a Level 4 NVQ qualification in Business Administration, Wesley has a strong foundation in managing complex financial processes and operational efficiencies.

Wesley began his career in 2018 with Lambeth Council, where he contributed to the Housing Management team, honing his skills in public sector finance and compliance. Between 2023 and 2024, he worked within the NHS, supporting various GP practices in financial administration. These roles equipped him with a deep understanding of government operations and efficiency practices, which he now brings to D2E.

Managing the purchase and sales ledger, ensuring accurate and timely record-keeping. Leading monthly invoicing processes to maintain financial transparency and efficiency. Overseeing bank reconciliation tasks to ensure D2E's financial records are precise and compliant.

Aligned with D2E's vision of being the most knowledgeable in the industry, Wesley is preparing to pursue the ACCA Chartered Accounting Qualification. This initiative underscores his commitment to professional growth and to enhancing D2E's financial operations.

Wesley is passionate about applying his previous experience to refine and enhance D2E’s financial workflows. By integrating his knowledge with industry best practices, he is committed to supporting D2E’s mission of operational excellence and client satisfaction.
