Project Assurance

It can be difficult to ensure vertical transportation works are completed on time, within budget and to exceptionally high standards.

That’s why at D2E our Prince 2 trained staff are on hand to provide a successful project assurance programme which also covers any environmental, health and safety issues that may arise during a project.

Regular electronic progress reports and project reviews keep meetings – and thus, costs – to a minimum. The finalised project, whether it is a new installation or modernisation/upgrade, is then functionally tested by our experienced engineering staff ensuring all the client’s needs have been met to enable a snag-free handover. We also appraise the completed installation at the end of the warranty period to ensure long-term customer satisfaction.
