Working at Height property risk assessments
D2E will conduct an inspection on the Property; and review all areas where there is a hazard in relation to working at height. Key focus on the inspection will be on façade access, gantry or fixed ladder access, roof access, window cleaning strategy, edge protection, fragile surfaces, rope access and mobile access equipment. We provide short, medium and long term proposals, recommendations and budgets to remediate all hazards.
BS 7833 solutions
D2E will work with the Duty Holder to understand the Property and its specific requirements relating to Personal Fall Protection Equipment Anchor Systems, once this is established manage any works required through to achieving compliance to BS7883:2019.
Cleaning/Access Strategy
Duty Holders must ensure a safe workplace with effective systems for Working at Height. D2E offers support and design options for accessing and maintaining property façades, especially when existing access methods are unavailable.
