Access and Cleaning Strategy

It is the Duty Holders responsibility to provide a safe place of work, this includes having Safe Systems of Work for any WAH task. Implementing the most practicable permanent solution and equipment is essential for future proofing a Property.

D2E can support the Duty Holder in establishing safe system or works for the Property,

If, due to a change in design or building refurbishment, or if your existing access equipment is not available, there is no permanent method to maintain, clean, and access a property façade, D2E will issue a Design Options Report. This report will advise on the various cleaning and access strategies available for the property, aligning the recommendations with the Working at Height Hierarchy of Risk, and providing timescales and budgets where required.

If part of a redesign or project this scope would include a RIBA stage 2, 3, and 4 Reports.
