Working at Height (WAH) Assessment:

Discuss findings with the Building Manager, focusing on equipment present, tasks required, and access frequency.
Determine access needs based on these discussions.
Strategy Review:
Explore options in line with the Working at Height Regulations Hierarchy of Risk.
Engage relevant contractors to ensure practical and agreed-upon strategies.
Collaborate with the Access Equipment (AE) Contractor to outline next steps.
Working Solution:
Issue a Scope of Works detailing required tasks, including acquiring documentation, reverse engineering, replacing/upgrading systems.
Provide layout plans for rooftop zones.
Survey the site with the AE Contractor and address any questions.
Obtain and review quotations for proposed and alternative solutions.
Works Completion:
Review all documentation for compliance once the AE Contractor completes the work.
