Dean Spencer

Dean joined D2E in 2017, bringing over 20 years of experience with a major lift supplier. His extensive background in the lift industry has provided him with deep expertise in project management for VT systems. Holding an NVQ Level 3 in Lift Installation and various project management certifications, including managing field engineers, Dean has demonstrated exceptional technical and leadership skills. He has successfully handled roles ranging from troubleshooting lift and escalator equipment to overseeing complex modernisation and installation projects. In his consultancy role at D2E, Dean has played a key part in expanding the company's portfolio, particularly in the Midlands and Southern region of the UK.

At D2E, Dean holds a multifaceted role, overseeing comprehensive asset management, conducting field audits, and managing turnkey projects from initiation to completion. He plays a crucial part in project assurance, ensuring every aspect of the project's lifecycle is covered, from feasibility studies and early design stages to financial oversight and safety improvements.

Dean has collaborated with prestigious clients such as Landsec, BNP Paribas Real Estate, MAPP, Merlin Entertainments, Savills, and D2 Real Estate. His work spans various sectors, where he successfully completed Health and Safety audits, delivering compliance reports, resolved technical issues, and ensured the smooth and efficient delivery of projects.

Outside of work, Dean is passionate about football, with experience as a coach and a key role in developing women's football within his local community. He has helped nurture talent and promote the growth of the sport. His leadership and commitment, both in his professional career and community involvement, demonstrate his dedication to excellence in all aspects of his life.
