Paige joined D2E in 2022 after earning a Master's in Mechanical Engineering with distinction from Kingston University. She began in the Asset Management team, providing technical support to BNP Paribas Real Estate. Paige's passion for sustainability led her to establish D2E’s sustainability principles and policies, reflecting her commitment to both environmental and professional excellence. She also completed LEIA modules in VT systems to further her expertise.
In 2024, Paige was promoted to Design Engineer, taking on dual responsibilities as a Facade Access and Vertical Transportation Engineer. She uses tools like REVIT, Lift Designer, and Elevate software to design and simulate complex systems. Paige co-authored a paper on battery failures in lift emergency systems, showcasing her technical expertise.
Her strategic insights were key in developing a comprehensive plan for 39-42 New Bond Street, helping the client with long-term strategy and property management decisions. Paige’s contributions demonstrate her ability to deliver tailored, impactful solutions, earning her a reputation for strategic acumen and attention to detail.
