At D2E, Max supports key clients, including Landsec, Derwent, Helix, and The Crown Estate, overseeing their lift contracts, performance metrics, and lifecycle asset management. This includes prestigious sites such as Piccadilly Lights, One New Change, 1 Soho Place, and landmark Crown Estate properties in central London. His responsibilities cover regulatory compliance management, invoicing, contract support, and applying lifecycle analysis to optimise asset performance and value over time.
Internally, Max serves as D2E’s Ethics Officer, facilitating discussions on ethics and exploring grey areas to support transparent decision-making. He champions positive supplier feedback, leads the peer recognition scheme, and delivers ethics induction training, embedding D2E’s values into daily operations and strengthening the company’s culture of integrity.
Max started his career at D2E in 2022 as an Administrative Assistant, supporting colleagues with document preparation, data management, and using compliance platforms such as Data Station and Snag Master. He took a 15 month break from D2E to join Hollis as a Facilities administrator, earning an iCQ Level 2 Certificate in Facilities Services Principles and working across business support, finance and surveying teams. He returned to D2E in May 2025 in his current role as a Technical Support Manager.
