Jo joined D2E in 2025 as an Associate within the Asset Management team, bringing over 25 years of experience in the lift and escalator industry. Having worked across various departments in the UK’s leading lift and escalator companies, Jo brings a wealth of expertise to her role.

Jo has excelled in diverse capacities, including leading call centres for major lift suppliers and managing key accounts for blue-chip clients. Her experience extends to heading repair teams, equipping her with both technical knowledge and practical execution skills for lift projects. This extensive background makes Jo a highly skilled manager with a deep understanding of the vertical transportation industry.

At D2E, Jo leads major client accounts nationally, overseeing the entire life cycle of their VT equipment.
