Ramaneek Gill

Ramaneek joined D2E in 2026 as Finance Manager, bringing over 10 years of experience across finance, management accounting, and financial reporting. She holds a First-Class degree in Accounting and Financial Information Systems from the University of Greenwich and is currently completing her ACCA qualification.

Throughout her career, Ramaneek has successfully led core financial processes, strengthened financial controls and enhanced reporting accuracy, while continually identifying opportunities to streamline the way finance supports the wider business. She’s experienced in working collaboratively with colleagues across different teams, helping to turn financial data into meaningful insight that supports operational performance and strategic decision-making.

At D2E, Ramaneek oversees the company's financial reporting and month-end processes, ensuring the timely delivery of accurate management information. She works closely with teams across the business to provide financial insight, support budgeting and forecasting activities, and identify opportunities to improve reporting, processes, and systems to ensure operational efficiency.

Alongside her technical expertise, Ramaneek is committed to developing those around her, fostering a collaborative and supportive team environment where knowledge is shared and continuous improvement is encouraged.
