Vikki Ingleton

Vikki joined D2E in 2018 as a Finance Manager, bringing a wealth of financial expertise and a strong commitment to operational excellence. Since then, she has overseen all financial transactions critical to D2E's success and played a pivotal role in driving financial stability and growth. Vikki's strength lie in budget setting, management accounts, and the preparation of board packs, ensuring that D2E's financial operations are both efficient and aligned with strategic objectives.

Leading the finance team, Vikki manages a diverse group that includes a finance manager, and an apprentice, whom she actively mentors. Her dedication to fostering professional development within her team reflects her broader commitment to excellence in finance. Vikki's contributions extend to the Senior Leadership Team, where she plays a critical role in shaping D2E's strategic direction, and she also provides essential support to the board of directors.

Vikki's academic journey includes earning a BSc (Hons) in Applied Accounting from Oxford Brookes University. While at D2E, she has further advanced her qualifications and is currently in the final stages of pursuing her ACCA chartership. This accomplishment underscores her dedication to professional growth and aligns with D2E's vision of being the most knowledgeable and capable organisation in its field.

With experience spanning FMCG, startups, and not-for-profit organisations, Vikki has developed a deep understanding of financial management. Her leadership ensures that D2E's financial framework is robust, efficient, and prepared to support sustainable growth.
