Programmed replacement of eight escalators in an operational and busy city centre shopping destination.
Challenge
Working in an occupied and busy shopping centre to achieve an escalator replacement scheme. Key challenge relates to asset access, and the requirement to deliver a phased replacement program which avoids extensive builders’ works and disruption to client operations.
