Challenge

D2E have been working at Metrocentre for a number of years, delivering LCM project assurance services on behalf of the site to support the long-term building strategy. Projects at this site require a high degree of collaboration, monitoring and a focus on safety due to works being completed in a busy operational shopping environment.
