Arash Kahedi started at D2E in 2022 with a Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering. His rapid progress led to his appointment as Key Account Manager for Helix Property Advisor, a Hines Company, one of D2E's key clients.
Arash started in the technical support team, where he provided invaluable assistance to account managers, gaining hands-on experience with esteemed clients like Landsec and Derwent. His diligence and commitment quickly earned him a reputation as a reliable team member, gaining trust across the company.
In his current role, Arash oversees Helix's entire portfolio, as well as renowned London landmarks such as 100 Bishopsgate, 1 Leadenhall Street, and 40 Leadenhall Street. His leadership ensures seamless operation and maintenance, reflecting his unwavering dedication to excellence and adeptness in navigating complex challenges.
Arash leads turnkey projects for Helix, managing all stages from planning to execution and maintenance. He continually explands his expertise, particularly in Facade Access and Building Maintenance Unit (BMU) systems, demonstrating his commitement to staying ahead of industry trends and delivering innovative solutions.
Arash is also pursuing a Master's in Lift Engineering at Northampton University, with the goal of achieving CEng status within 5 years. This commitment underscores his dedication to both personal and professional growth, further enhancing his value to D2E and its clients.
Outside work and academia, Arash promotes team cohesion at D2E by organising social activities that encourages camaraderie and collaboration. Recognising the importance of supportive work environment, he plays a key role in ensuring D2E operates as a cohesive unit, boosting productivity and creativity.
