James began his career initially engaging in fieldwork before transitioning to a Technical Support role, where he worked closely with account managers to address client needs. He played a pivotal role in the development of D2E's analytics dashboard, leveraging Microsoft Power BI to transform data access and interpretation, significantly improving decision-making and operational efficiency.
In 2024, James was promoted to Key Account Manager, taking on the responsibility of overseeing the prestigious Battersea Power Station project. With more than 7 years of dedicated experience in the service industry, James combines deep market knowledge and strong analytical skills to make strategic decisions that align with client objectives.
