Associate Director/Head of Asset Management
Neil joined D2E in 2022, bringing 34 years of expertise in the VT industry. His career highlights include leading the implementation of London's first scenic double-deck lifts at Schindler. Neil’s progression through senior roles in sales and operations led to his directorial appointment, reflecting his dedication to excellence.
In 2024, Neil was promoted to Head of Asset Management, overseeing D2E's primary revenue stream and leading a team of six account managers and 15 indirect Associates. To further enhance his leadership, he is pursuing a Coverdale course. His promotion underscores his strategic vision and commitment to D2E's growth, driving innovation in Asset Management in collaboration with key clients like Landsec, Crown Estate, MAPP, BNP Paribas, and Savills.
Neil also serves as a strategic advisor, specialising in investment plans for Vertical Transportation and Façade Access systems. With his extensive network and expertise, Neil effectively manages supply chain escalations, navigates large procurement processes, and maintains strong client relationships, managing prestigious portfolios worth approximately £65 million.
