Management of 69 assets including scenic lifts, passenger lifts, goods lifts, and escalators in this retail and leisure development.  This is part of the Savills Leisure portfolio on which D2E provide Asset Management service for circa 600 assets.

Key Deliverables

D2E provide Asset Management services including developing scope and contract, management of KPIs, compliance, financial audits, equipment surveys, life cycle planning and support with supplier management.  Works have included full lift and escalator replacement, as well as comprehensive in truss escalator modernisations as part of the life cycle management.
