Management of 29 assets including passenger lifts, goods lifts, and escalators in this retail and leisure development. This is part of the Landsec portfolio on which D2E provide Asset Management services for circa 590 assets.
Key Deliverables
D2E provide Asset Management services including developing scope and contract, management of KPIs, compliance, financial audits, equipment surveys, life cycle planning and support with supplier management. Works have included targeted modernisations of as part of the life cycle planning. Challenges include the exposed nature of some assets.
