Management of 36 assets including passenger lifts, goods lifts, and escalators in this retail and leisure development. This is part of the Landsec portfolio on which D2E provide Asset Management service for circa 590 assets.
Key Deliverables
D2E provide Asset Management services including developing scope and contract, management of KPIs, compliance, financial audits, equipment surveys, life cycle planning and support with supplier management. Works have included targeted modernisation of the goods lifts to improve reliability and safety in this heavy use environment.
