Project
LSE is predominately a student accommodation scheme, including co-working and break out areas along with a Hotel function outside of term times. The scheme provides three towers which are interlinked at Basement, Ground, and floor 1.
Challenge
The VT system is required to meet different performance criteria for the student accommodation and hotel function, whilst ensuring performance if upheld in periods of maintenance and downtime.
