100 New Bridge Street is a predominantly commercial office scheme, including Class E retail at ground floor and 17,827m of office space above. The scheme involves the significant refurbishment of the existing building.
Challenge
The scheme involves retaining existing lift shafts, extending upwards and significant increase of population, where new technologies are adopted to meet BCO performance criteria with the same number of lifts.
