Review of existing VT system, condition surveys of VT assets, traffic analysis and feasibility study exercise to provide options for improvement of the VT provision at the property.
Challenge
This project carried a number of challenges, and involved D2E conducting a deep review of the quality, workmanship, capacity and performance of existing VT assets, due to reported poor performance and issued with people/traffic flow within the property. D2E reviewed the existing site, conducted in-depth traffic analyses and undertook market research to provide the client with various options to improve the performance and customer experience of the VT assets at the site.
