Project

The Mark is a mixed-use scheme, including Class E retail at ground floor and 19,937sq.m of office space above. The scheme involves the significant refurbishment/demolition of the existing building, and the addition of new stories above.

Challenge

The introduction of the requirements for evacuation lifts within The London Plan required adjustments to the VT strategy to incorporate these into the scheme.
