55 Old Broad Street is a predominantly commercial building with 25,447.30sq.m of office space and some internal and external amenities including pod studios, pod cafes a bathhouse and pub at ground and level 1 along with a club room on level 19.
Challenge
The scheme requires a 5-shaft solution that meets key design criteria whilst also allowing for critical design constraints such as building height and protected views of London.
