Updating of destination control software, interfaces and group controls as well as various aesthetic works.

Conversion of conventional collective control lifts to destination control system, along with some wider lift modernisation works and general LCM interventions.

Upgrade of DCS system to support building part-redevelopment whilst other parts of building remained occupied.

Occupied building, with challenges around completing modernisation and upgrade works without causing excess disruption to occupants. One key challenge was supporting the fire strategy whilst the existing firefighters’ lift was modernised, through adaptation of an existing goods lift for use, if require, during evacuation of the building. Increasing the group passenger handling capacity by 20% and reducing the TTD and AWT’s.
