Management of 18 assets including two scenic lifts, goods lifts, passenger lifts and escalators in this retail and leisure development. This is part of the Landsec portfolio which D2E provide Asset Management service for circa 590 assets.
Key Deliverables
D2E provide Asset Management services including developing scope and contract, management of KPIs, compliance, financial audits, equipment surveys, life cycle planning and support with supplier management. Lift and escalator replacement and major modernisation as part of the life cycle management has been completed.
