Project
The proposed scheme provides approximately 21,600 sq. m of office areas arranged over 60m rise. The lifts will serve Ground through to level 19 with the office floors starting from level 4.
Challenge
The VT system is to meet new performance criteria with an increased population level and introduction of end of trip (EoT) facilities, whilst meeting restrictions set by the previous planning consent.
