Project
75 London Wall is a prominent office building, bound by roads on three sides. The existing building was completed in 1994 and comprises nine floors above ground, and three basement levels. The building was designed by Swanke Hayden Connell Architects as the London headquarters for a prominent European bank.
The scheme provides approximately 40,467 sq. m of office and amenity areas arranged over 2 basement levels, ground and thirteen upper floors.
Challenge
The flexibility of this project is key to enable multiple options for tenant splits across the building, including various anchor tenant strategies.
