We recognise the importance of involving all stakeholders at the beginning of the design phase to ensure the right outcome is achieved.

Following the RIBA Plan of Work model, we engage stakeholders at the earliest opportunity and develop vertical transportation strategies, performance specifications to meet the needs of the client and the end user.

We use our technical knowledge, experience, our global perspective and understanding of best practice and technology, our commercial mindsight and pragmatism to develop the right designs. We work with advanced software and modelling applications that can lead to reduced core sizes to maximise usable space.
